– The easiest and most reliable way is to find the color directly on our website. We have the largest palette of handmade dread sets worldwide, so if you don’t see the color there — it doesn’t exist in synthetic hair as a ready option.
– Many sets on our website already contain unique shades that we created by hand and that are available only from us.
– Links to our sets are always the most preferred option, since our photos show the colors true-to-life (taken in daylight, without filters).If you are absolutely sure you cannot find the shade on the website, we may be able to mix it by hand — but in that case, you must send us clear references:
– If it’s an unusual color (not a simple solid one like black), attach 1–3 clear photos in natural daylight, or a clear Pinterest reference.
– If sending photos of your own hair, make sure the shade looks realistic.
– Please do not use abstract labels like “level 1/2” — synthetic hair does not correspond to hair dye charts. We need a clear visual reference, and the easiest way is still to find this color directly on our website.If you want multiple colors:
– You can include a link to the set you like on our website as a color distribution reference.

Please specify how you want them distributed:
– Solid: half of the set in one color, half in another.
– Solid: 2/3 of the set in one color, 1/3 in another.
– Ombre: from which color to which.
– Mixed: solid, ombre.

– Indicate the exact date you need to receive it.

That’s why it is necessary to include everything in your very first email — without quantity, texture, and length we cannot confirm whether a color request is possible.
Some blends are available only for specific textures, and some are made of so many mixed shades that they cannot reasonably be produced in very small amounts.
For example: asking if we can make “10 pieces in this custom color” may not be possible — but the same blend can absolutely be made as a full set if needed.

A complete first email saves time for both you and us, and helps us calculate the price and production time more accurately (these may increase for complex requests — e.g., many colors, extra styled braids, or more decorations than standard).
