If you don’t find the right one, please choose a set on our website that you like by colors and texture, and then send us the following information:
Which set you chose — link or screenshot.
Length — you can select from the lengths listed in the set you’ve chosen.
Quantity — clip-ins or ponytail:
– Small clip-ins: how many pieces you want (minimum order is 4).
– Ponytail with elastic: how many ponytails (usually 1, but can be more).
– Large clip-in (full head replacement): indicate if you need a big clip-in.Decoration style — please specify the style (e.g. Witch, Boho, Viking) or send a reference photo.
About colors
Since clip-ins and ponytails include fewer pieces, we can’t add as many blended shades or “one of each” like in a full set. Usually, they are made with up to 3 colors.
That’s why we recommend choosing sets that already have 2–3 colors — this way, you’ll know exactly how your clip-ins or ponytail will look.
If you choose a set with 7 shades, we would need to remove several of them, and the accessory will naturally look different from the full set photos.
Please note: if you select Brushable curls or Rapunzel locs in a RAINBOW COLOR, this fiber itself is rainbow, and it counts as one single color, not multiple.
About decorations
Decorations and styled braids shown in full sets are distributed across the entire set.
For clip-ins or ponytails, there are fewer pieces, so there will also be fewer decorations and fewer braids included.
The decoration style (or no decorations at all) does not affect the price — simply send us a screenshot or link to a set you like for decorations.

The cost depends on:
– how many clip-ins you order,
– whether the ponytail is made fully of dreads/braids, or has a mix with curls,
– or if it’s dreads and braids with curly ends.
Just choose the style you need — the price is shown right away.
If you choose a set from the website as a base but want to make changes (e.g. replace a color, request a different length), the price will increase.
Production time
Production time for clip-ins and ponytails is the same as for any other sets on the website (listed in each product).
Final note
We don’t select colors based on your photos. For clip-ins and ponytails, the color doesn’t need to match your hair exactly — they are accessory pieces, not a full-head install.
